The Sony HT-A9000 is a premium soundbar system that offers a unique and immersive home theater experience. It utilizes Sony's 360 Spatial Sound Mapping technology to create a wider and more enveloping soundstage than traditional soundbars. This is achieved through a combination of physical speakers and "phantom" speakers that are created by bouncing sound off the walls and ceiling of your room. The HT-A9000 consists of four wireless speakers that can be placed around your room for optimal sound coverage. It supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X for 3D audio, and it also features Sound Field Optimization to calibrate the audio to your specific room layout.
