They feature a low-profile bezel, integrated tweeter bridge, and a flush-mount grille for a discreet appearance. The innovative mounting system ensures secure installation in various ceiling materials, with a paintable mesh grille for blending into décor.
The speakers are equipped with an 8.8-inch DMA-optimized woofer for impressive power handling and a 1.25-inch silk dome tweeter, designed to withstand harsh environments and deliver crystal-clear high frequencies. The PV-FX8 model offers powerful bass, eliminating the need for a subwoofer, but can also be paired with one for enhanced dynamics. The oversized tweeter provides louder, cleaner sound, perfectly matched to the large woofer. A weatherproof 2-way passive crossover and tweeter protection circuit ensure durability and reliability. While the PV-FX8 speakers can be used with as little as 50 W per channel, amplifiers between 100-200 W per channel are recommended for optimal performance. All Pavilion™ speakers are produced at JL Audio's Miramar, Florida factory with global components.
