Passive Systems
The MB2 SE passive design allows listeners to choose their preferred amplifier. Its precision-engineered crossover accurately distributes audio frequencies between the drivers for clear, balanced reproduction. Military-grade glass-fiber circuit boards, thick copper tracks and carefully selected, hand-soldered components minimize resistance and ensure reliable performance.
The Beating Heart
PMC’s ATL™ (Advanced Transmission Line) technology delivers deeper, more natural bass from a relatively compact cabinet. Special acoustic materials absorb unwanted frequencies while extending low-frequency response through a front-panel vent. This design produces clean, controlled bass without masking vocals or musical detail. Bass remains balanced and well-defined even at lower listening volumes.
